Membership terms

The purpose of Pizzaklubben is to inform our members about products and menu launches, in addition to giving you exclusive membership benefits and offers - primarily via email, SMS and push notifications.

When registering, you must register by entering your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide about yourself is correct and up to date. As a member of Pizzaklubben, you will receive offers reserved for members. The benefits of membership are personal and can not be transferred to or inherited and shared by others.

Membership in Pizzaklubben is free and open to all private individuals who have reached the age of 15.

By becoming a member of Pizzaklubben, you agree to receive e-mail from Domino's, in addition, you can also accept that we send you various forms of marketing via SMS and customized digital advertising.

By registering your purchases with Domino's in Pizzaklubben, you also agree that Domino's can use information about your shopping habits to give you more relevant offers by e-mail. Purchase history and clicks on our websites and in the app, via e-mail or SMS can be used for custom marketing in various channels.

You can withdraw your consent at any time on "Min side" or follow the unsubscribe instructions for each channel at the end of emails and SMS from Domino's. If you opt out of the dialogue, you will still be able to receive information from us that is essential to the membership, until you eventually opt out of Pizzaklubben.

We take your privacy seriously. As a member, you have the right to have your personal information corrected or deleted.

We use Customer.io to send out e-mails and SMS, as well as to store personal information about members of the Pizza Club in a safe and secure manner.

The terms apply from 25 March 2022 and replace all previous terms for membership in Pizzaklubben.

As a member, you can terminate the agreement with immediate effect by contacting Domino's customer service here. Domino's may terminate the agreement with you with immediate effect if you have provided incorrect information or have breached your obligations under these terms.

Domino's reserves the right to wind up or replace Pizzaklubben, and earned membership benefits and loyalty points will then cease without compensation to the individual member.

Upon registration, you will receive a discount code that gives you 20% on your next purchase. The discount code can be found on the profile page under "coupons".

• The discount code must be activated in the shopping cart when ordering.
• The discount code only applies pizza and sides, not drinks and for carryout.
• The discount code does not apply to create your own.
• The discount code is valid for 30 days from send-out.
• The discount code cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
• The discount code only applies digitally.
• The discount code does not apply to corporate.
• Domino's reserves the right to update terms and conditions with immediate effect.

Every 8th pizza is free, when ordering a large pizza at full price in the app or online. The following terms apply to the loyalty program:

• The loyalty program is part of the Pizza Club, and you must therefore register and create an account by providing your name, e-mail and telephone number.
• You must register the account before placing an order, to make sure the points is registered on the profile.
• After you have registered, you will have information on your profile page about how many purchases are left before you get one free pizza.
• Points are earned for each completed purchase made via the website or app, regardless of the payment method.
• Points will not be earned if you are logged in as a guest when ordering.
• Points will not be earned if you use other offers, regular deals or discount codes.
• Applies to 1 large pizza, and costs 8 points per pizza. It does not apply to to Create your own or when ordering for delivery.
• The loyalty program does not apply to corporate.
• Domino's reserves the right to update terms and conditions with immediate effect.
